Weihnachten in der Kulturhauptstadt Europas 2025

Experience the magical atmosphere of the Chemnitz Christmas market! From 29 November to 23 December 2024 the city centre is transformed into a winter wonderland. Stroll through festively decorated stalls offering traditional specialities such as mulled wine, roasted almonds and Saxon stollen. Experience numerous attractions: from a nostalgic carousel to a lovingly designed Erzgebirge village and the monastery Christmas. Visit us and experience unforgettable moments in the wintry splendour of Chemnitz!

The traditional mountain parade takes place on 30 November.
