In the Chemnitz Art Collections you can experience works by Karl Schmidt-Rottluff, a co-founder of the expressionist artists' association "Brücke", among others, the Gunzenhauser Museum houses one of the world's largest Otto Dix collections and the Neue Sächsische Galerie is the first port of call for contemporary art in Saxony.
