Our maxlouis restaurant (approx. 100 seats) and the factory kitchen (120 seats) offer an excellent combination for a daytime and evening event in a historic-modern ambience.

The "max louis" has its location in the schönherr.fabrik, an important industrial monument of the 19th century and today one of the most successful revitalisation properties in Chemnitz. In the immediate vicinity of the city centre, between the historic Schloßberg and the Chemnitz River, an urban mix of industry, trade and services has settled on the former site of a loom factory.
